Hola! en esta ocasión quiero mostrar una batalla utilizando a la carta Hill Giant en la semifinal de un Torneo fue en una instancia decisiva estando 1-1 al mejor de 3 encuentros por lo tanto el jugador que gane la partida llegará a la ronda final y asegura un gran premio que será mostrado al culminar la publicación, luego de esta breve introducción es momento de describir a la carta temática.

Es una carta de bajo maná que se caracteriza por tener muchos puntos de vida y ser lento para atacar lo que la hace útil para varias ocasiones como por ejemplo en partidas de velocidad invertida es excelente elección porque será de los primeros monstruos en atacar y al mismo tiempo será más difícil acertarle ataques de tipo no mágicos, evidentemente es oportuna en partidas que sólo permitan utilizar cartas de 4 puntos de maná o menos y de manera general por sus puntos de vida y bajo maná puede servir como señuelo de monstruos con habilidad Opportunity, entre otros y así ganar algo de tiempo mientras que los monstruos aliados se encargan del trabajo pesado jejejejeje.

La habilidad Stun la considero bastante fuerte y esta carta la adquiere a partir del nivel 6 (Liga Oro en adelante), como ya sabemos hay cartas que tienen habilidades de curación y pueden ser una molestia en muchas ocasiones, cuando esta habilidad funciona es de gran ayuda para tratar de vencer a los monstruos más fácilmente y en condiciones de batalla con la regla Heavy Hitters que permite que todas las cartas obtengan la habilidad Knock Out es perfecto para hacer el doble de daño a los monstruos que estén afectados por el Stun.

En mi estrategia cuento con cartas de buena cantidad de vida considerando el bajo maná, todas son cartas de baja velocidad lo que es conveniente debido a la regla de batalla Reverse Speed y el poder de ataque es alto gracias a la cantidad de monstruos mágicos y al incremento del invocador Obsidian, opté por colocar los monstruos con la mayor cantidad de vida entre los primeros puestos de la alineación y en la parte final a Goblin Psychic que podrá regenerarles una porción de la vida en cada ronda.

In my strategy I have cards with a good amount of life considering the low mana, all of them are low speed cards which is convenient due to the Reverse Speed battle rule and the attack power is high thanks to the amount of magic monsters and the increase of the Obsidian summoner, I chose to place the monsters with the highest amount of life between the first positions of the lineup and at the end Goblin Psychic that can regenerate a portion of life in each round.

El oponente utilizó una combinación de cartas muy extraña colocando en segunda posición al monstruo Diemonshark que es de mucho maná para la batalla, de gran velocidad y que no puede atacar desde allí aunado a otras cartas de mucha velocidad que por si fuera poco el invocador Kelya Frendul les incrementa 1 punto más de velocidad, fue divertido ver a mi tanque evadiendo un par de ataques, les comparto el enlace de la partida en caso de que quieran verla.

Sí, de manera general las cartas de bajo maná me gustan mucho porque se pueden utilizar en mayor cantidad de partidas, éste monstruo en específico posee muchos puntos de vida lo que lo vuelve más útil ya que puede aguantar algunos ataques, con esta batalla se demuestra la utilidad de este monstruo en condiciones de velocidad invertida y a niveles altos con la habilidad Stun es mucho mejor todavía.
