Hello and welcome back to my other splinterlands post.

Today in this post, I will share a battle where I used the new Chaos Legion Death monsters against the enemy Death monsters. Though both of us were using almost the same monsters but I won the battle.

In this battle I used:

• THADDIUS BROOD (RARE DEATH Summoner).

• CURSED WINDEKU (RARE DEATH Monster).

• VENARI BONESMITH (RARE DEATH Monster).

• SILENT SHA-VI (COMMON DEATH Monster).

• SHADOWY PRESENCE (EPIC DEATH Monster).

• For this battle, The battle rule was "Standard" and the mana cap was 20.

Abilities:

Thorns: When hit by a Melee attack, it returns the damage to the attacker.



Life Leech: Monster's health increases each time it damages an enemy Monster's health in proportion to the damage dealt.



Sneak: Targets the last Monster on the enemy Team instead of the first Monster.

Now it's time to meet my monsters:

CURSED WINDEKU:

CURSED WINDEKU are terrifying monsters who dwell in the deepest and darkest parts of the forest. These lifeless animals are very intelligent. They've responded to the Lord of Darkness's summons. Their lust for blood has now turned their attention to the Chaos Legion.

The benefits of using this monster in a battle are:

1. The ability to use Thorns is the key advantage of using this monster in battle. When a Melee attack monster hits CURSED WINDEKU, it deals 2 health damage to the attacker.

2. In terms of attack, this monster is the finest. This monster has 2 Melee attack power at level 1, which is quite high and causes a lot of damage to the enemy monster's health.

VENARI BONESMITH:

An underground conflict between the Dream Warden's nightmare army and the venari people from below raged for over 30 years. The Dream Warden eventually triumphed, but only after sacrificing every single one of his captives. Though they never win a battle against the Dream Wardens, they had safeguarded the venari technology that allowed them to harness the Planet's magical powers.

This monster is usefulness in warfare because:

1. This rare death monster comes with the ability called Life Leech. Monsters with this ability can gain extra health each time it damages an enemy Monster's health in proportion to the damage dealt. And also as it is a Magic attack monster, it never misses its target.

SILENT SHA-VI:

SILENT SHA-VI are shadow realm beings who take the guise of enormous snakes. This silent killer is pretty harmful. Whenever this monster has the opportunity to attack an enemy monster, it does so in a fatal approach.

The primary reasons I chose this monster in battle:

1. This monster possesses 2 melee attack power, which he used to inflict damage on the health of the enemy monster. And in battle, this monster played a crucial role by assaulting the opponent rows' backside monsters. This monster's Sneak ability makes it a formidable foe for the row's backside monsters.

2. This monster has 3 speeds, which allows it to attack earlier than most enemy monsters and dodge attacks from low-speed monsters.

• Coincidently both of us were using the same Death summoner THADDIUS BROOD. This summoner can reduce the opposing monsters' health and magic attack power by one. Except for one monster, not only the summoner but also the creatures we summoned were nearly identical.

• As both of us were utilizing this monster in front of the row, the enemy monster CURSED WINDEKU attacked my team monster CURSED WINDEKU at first. As we all know, every time CURSED WINDEKU is hit by a Melee attack monster, the attacker's health is diminished. So after the enemy monster attack on the CURSED WINDEKU, The health of the enemy monster is damaged. The same thing happens when CURSED WINDEKU from my squad hits the enemy team monster.

• My opponent was employing two monsters with sneak ability. One of them, SILENT SHA-VI, has 2 Melee attack power, and the other, UNDEAD BADGER, has 1 Melee attack power. Both of them target SHADOWY PRESENCE, the last monster of my monsters row. And that was the end of this rare death monster.

• The only magic monster I used in this battle is VENARI BONESMITH. The reason I used this monster is that it comes with the Life Leech ability. Every time it damages one health of any enemy monster, it gains additional +1 health. This attribute qualifies this monster for battle more than the other monsters. VENARI BONESMITH attacked CURSED WINDEKU and gain +1 health. The enemy monster also uses a magic attack monster with Life Leech ability called LIFE SAPPER.

• At round 2, I and my opponent lost our same monster CURSED WINDEKU only because of their Thorns ability. After that, only two of the monsters from my team were still alive. The opposing monster, on the other hand, has three monsters living. Only because of using the rare death monster SHADOWY PRESENCE in the last of the enemy row, my Sneak ability monster SILENT SHA-VI was safe while the opponent's Sneak ability monster SILENT SHA-VI attacking this monster.

• But from the 1st round, SILENT SHA-VI from my team was attacking the enemy monster SILENT SHA-VI. finally at round 2, it manage to kill this monster. I was worried because of this hostile monster, but after it was killed, I was assured of my victory.

• And then only two of the enemy monsters were alive against my two monsters. Those two monsters, on the other hand, were not among my creatures. SILENT SHA-VI was still alive and well with two health, and he was eliminating opposing monsters one by one with his two melee powers. SILENT SHA-VI from my team was targeting the monster LIFE SAPPER. But it took a lot more hits to kill this monster because each round this monster damage the health of my monster, It gain extra +1 health.

• But still two of my monsters manage to kill this monster. At round 3, LIFE SAPPER died in the hand in SILENT SHA-VI and after that magic monster VENARI BONESMITH from my team killed the last enemy monster UNDEAD BADGER.
