This is my entry for the Battle Mage Secrets challenge.
This week's theme is the Born Again ruleset, so I want to share a battle with it.

The battle ruleset

• 28 mana cap
• Ruleset - Aim True and Born Again
• Splinter - Water, Earth, Dragon and Death Splinter can be used in this battle
  

With these rulesets, I prefer to use monsters with Martyr ability because they can strengthen your monsters several times.

My lineup

I decided to use Water Splinter in this battle

Summoner		Kelya Frendul - to have +1 speed and can make the early attack to enemy team to take the advantages
1st position		Venari Marksrat - this is the Martyr monster and I put him in 1st position to raise the power of the monster next to him
2nd position		Djinn Oshannus - a high speed and health monster. He has Void and Phase abilities that help him to take less damage from enemy magic attacks.
3rd position		River Hellondale - he has Resurrect ability and he can revive Venari Marksrat one more time
4th position		Merdaali Guardian - she has Heal ability to restore the health of Djinn Oshannus in the battle
5th position		Musa Saline - the Scavenger is very useful in this battle. After each death, she increases her health by 1, and with Born Again, she can double the increased health point
6th position		Torrent Fiend - a 0 mana monster to fulfill the lineup

• My enemy also chose the Water Splinter but a different strategy. It had Daarg Deadblast in the middle of 2 non-attack monsters to utilize Weapon Training and give them 2 magic attacks. And Kulu Mastermind will attack my low-health monster with his Opportunity skill.
• In round 1, my Venari Marksrat was killed 2 times and it increased all stats of Djinn Oshannus by 2.
• In round 2, Djinn Oshannus made the 1st attack and killed Daigendark Surveyor while my Venari Marksrat was killed 1 more time and went out of the battlefield. Djinn Oshannus stats increased to 5 magic attack, 14 health points, and 9 speeds with 4 armors.
• From round 3, the game was much more easy for my team. And I won the battle after 9 rounds. It took more rounds because of Born Again ruleset but the enemy team couldn't make any challenges to my monsters.
