Hello all Splinterlands friends,
This is my entry for the Battle Mage Secrets weekly challenge.
This week's theme is the Equal Opportunity ruleset, so I want to share a battle with it.

The battle ruleset

• 24 mana cap
• Ruleset - Equal Opportunity and Tis but Scratches
• Splinter - Water, Earth, Death and Dragon Splinters can be used
  

With these rulesets, I prefer to use high-speed monsters to get some advantages in the battle.

My team lineup

Summoner		Helios Matriarch - I chose to get +1 speed to all of my monsters and able to use 1 Gladiator card on the battle. I used her with Earth Splinter monsters
1st position		Hill Giant - in a low mana cap battle, I use him as a tanker because he costs 3 mana but has 7 HP, a very mana cost efficient monster
2nd position		Katrelba Gobson - he has good speed and Double Strike ability which is very useful to combine with Tis but Scratches ruleset
3rd position		Venari Marksrat - he has low HP and will be the early target in this battle with Equal Opportunity ruleset. Once he dies, he will strengthen the neighbor monsters
4th position		Dhampir Infiltrator - another low-mana monster with Double Strike ability
5th position		Mycelic Morphoid
6th position		Kra'ar Xoc

The strategy of this team lineup is to let Venari Marksrat die then both Katrelba Gobson and Dhampir Infiltrator will be strengthened. These 2 monsters with Double Strike ability will give more attacks and reduce the max health of enemy monsters with the effect of Tis but Scratches ruleset. After that, they can kill enemy monsters more easily.

The battle

• My enemy chose Water Splinter in this battle with Aquatus level 4 and all the monsters are at cap level. They were high-speed monsters plus Blind ability from Flying Squid. I guess the strategy here is to evade my attacks and let my monsters got 2 return damage with Backfire from Aquatus
• My strategy went well when Venari Marksrat was killed by Flying Squid. I also felt lucky in this battle because my monsters didn't miss any attack, so Backfire did not have any effect on my team.
• Finally, my team won this battle after 4 rounds.
