Solo's weekly picks: Chaos Legion General Sale

Yesterday was the general sale for the newest generation of Splinterlands cards. I bought a few hundred packs, but have not opened them yet. I got myself a bunch of alchemy and legendary potions to open them with when I am ready. Though many have, and I checked out some of the cards and posts related to Chaos Legion today for my weekly picks. Many people got some great cards, others are discussing what could be inside the packs they bought.

Here are five Hive minnows talking about their newest Splinterlands cards:

Their plan was to buy certain cards they needed to make their collection better, but after seeing their friends buy a bunch of packs this Hive minnow decided to do the same. And got themselves a gold foil Venari Knifer card.

Wanting to get up to 1000 packs they are well on their way, with about 412 at the time of this post. The big decision is to "hodl or open" which I can completely understand.

Using vouchers you can get bonus packs, this is exactly what this Hive minnow did. Buying 100 packs they had enough vouchers to get an additional 10 packs. They sold all their in game assets to buy these packs, and planning on hodling them for a few months before opening.

Buying a single packs during the presale, and then 350 packs during the general sale they should have a nice collection when it comes to opening them. They opened their presale pack and not only did it have a gold foil but it was a summoner.. Nice!

Some data logging has been done a few hours after the general sale, mostly with card prices decreasing as the supply on the market has been greatly increased by the general sale.
