Wailing wraith artwork for Splinterlands social media challenge!

Hello guys, I'm back with a new art to share. This time I decided to draw Wailing wraith as my entry for this week's challenge. I rushed this one because I was not feeling very well these days. It's getting quite hot at my place. I kinda skipped the Splinterlands Contest as well so I didn't want to skip this too haha.

The Process

I think I'm having an artblock xd. I did my best here all things considered. I decided to use the light effect to my advantage on this one. I usually paint this when I'm tired or I have no new ideas to share and it never disappointed me so far. As for the pose I made a wobbly one because of the characters nature. It's a wraith so I can do some changes when it comes to body shape etc. I decided to use manhwa style shading for this one because it suits well for paintings with strong source of light. I hope you guys like the light effects. I really like the colour of the wraith's flame. I usually draw red fire so this was a good change. It has that mystical feel to it. I finished the painting by making the background a bit more darker and adding those lightning effects and blur for amplifying his power. I hope it worked.
