Today's art is about a young girl called Lamiya that dreams of being an adventurer. Well that's the back story I gave it. The day was quite nice today not too sunny. At first I was watching a music video and a girl was holding a sword in a similar pose as the this though very different so It made me decide to draw a lady warrior. And so I did. The cape style I always liked a double cape especially that of Shazam looks cool with the hoodie. Choice of color for the character today is green and a simple background to go with it. Steps 👇👇👇

Step one as usual was to make a figure with the colors to serve as the base layer. And I mostly use the inking pen for that Later used the wand tool to select the area I wanted to work one and then do it on a new layer. Here I started with the upper body. The armour first and then the face. And then the hands. Added a bit of like chain mail attair underneath so it will serve as extra protection since she will fight monsters and doesn't use a shield, she's definitely going to roll around alot.
Then the lower part is a skirt however the outer skirt has some armor underneath it as well. Lastly was the sword and cape and mostly draw swapping between technical pen and some simple brushes.
And finally use the glow pens for further dark shading.

Made up bio

This ones name is Lamiya an adventurer that regards herself as the herself the people and Slayer of monsters and is known as Blue Rose in the adventurers guild. She is a silver class adventurer after much missions for the past two years. She's ambitious and wants to be a high class adventurer but before that she wants to be a dragon Slayer as well although their are not much dragons around rampaging so she settles for beasts orcs etc.
She is not a solo adventurer though. Sometimes she joins a group made up of a caster based on water magic and a berserker class warrior. Then lastly is the healer with an extra attribute of being an Archer. Those are the three friends she teams up with and contributes as a saber class warrior.
Her sword is forged from fine steel and doesn't really have any other special features but has a gem slot for runes to be placed. Runes produce give magical effects to items but can break if exceeds power limit. Most magic casters use wands and the wands being the source of the power however runes only store limited amount or have passive effects as well. The runes she uses on her sword is a wind element rune so as to help her cut from a distance with the air carrying the cut as sharp as a blade. The color is grey and depending on the amount of power she wants to draw out she's got a Max of 8 uses before the rune runs out of energy. The second rune she uses is red I color and her favourite rune. It's a gift form her dad.

It can only be used 3 times with a cool down of period of 5 minutes after use. It is red in color and mostly an evading tool for her as it pushes and pull her to or away from objects.
Her armour is a regular B class armour as she can afford and loves a cape so she got one. Equipment aside, she's quite a decent single sword weilder and knows how to use her surrounding to her advantage when facing monsters. Her battle style is mostly to first keep a distance and use air slashes with the wind rune and if the enemy survives that and comes close she fights with her skill and when she's about to be hurt. She uses the magnetism rune with the magnetic force to drag her to the closest object to her depending on the direction she points the sword. So it's a good evading tool. The two runes can't she used at thesame time as there is only one slot so she switches quickly depending on the distance if breached. She can also use the magnetism rune to attract objects towards the sword as well.
With her skill and this two runes, she is quite a strong opponent to face but is still weak on equipment to reach the status of gold adventures but is working her way to earn money and special items to forge them.
Her current eyes are on a quest to hunt for a new type monster that's quite strong and very intelligent. And fast as well. So far she is preparing to earn to purchase the traps she need and take on the quest and study the creature with finding means to defeat it solo.
