Digital art of a female warrior (Eng-Esp)

Hi guys!
Trying various ways to improve to being able to draw 3D characters. And from observing much drawings online I have adobted the mask and draw pr paint pattern. Though it does wonders on 2. Am still not there yet on 3D. But perfect practice makes practice. As a result I keep practicising and learning new tricks till am there.
For the days work I was using a mask and paint method or more like segment and paint. Rather than drawing the outline first. I would draw the shape with the base color so spray brush work wont splash other areas
I would do for the hands legs and upper body and head on a different layer. Then duplicate the layer and use the first as a selection layer and new one for design
And After all the splashes follow through with an outline and get a shape. The splashes mostly covered for varying lighting

Probar varias formas de mejorar para poder dibujar personajes 3D ... Y al observar muchos dibujos en línea he adobted la máscara y dibujar pr patrón de pintura... Aunque hace maravillas en 2 ... Started the design with the upper half as I was redesigning my friends avatar as practice with this method. And she wanted a warrior drawing and the upper half was drawn in the manner though I had a hard time selecting but went with something simple and basic.
Likewise a basic lower half and a simple sword just to test the lighting.
Sorry no long explanations today am a bit tired from other activities. But you like the art. Although this isn't a 100% 3D art as I hoped.
