Hello guys!
The choice of art today is of my favourite night creatures known as vampires . Favourite to see in movies but not really favourite to meet some in real life.
One reading I like then is those portrayed with glowing red eyes seem have a nice ring as I love red color. Reminds me of teen Wolf back then when the Alfa wolf had the glowing red eyes. I found it odd though as mostly wolves are portrayed with colors ranging from yellow to white to blue and so on.
This vampire I would say is called Vennesa from a long line of the family three of count Dracula himself. She is a second generation vampire and quite strong and old. She has had a taste of both animal and human blood and sometimes chooses based on not wanting to draw attention to herself. So she picks off animal blood when she's in a small settlement and in a city she picks off human blood once in a while, mostly the blood of thugs that hang in the back alley so there won't be any suspicion. How does she treat humans, well she treats them as nice as she could and sometimes dates as well. After all to her she was once human. She wears a ring that prevents death by sunlight but still avoids heavy sunlight. Overall she considers herself also humans but does not deny herself the taste of human blood as she finds it sweeter than animal blood.
Vampire chat
Vampires have come from different legends and stories I wonder what was the major source of it all. Basically in terms of mythical monsters vampires are my favourite more than werewolves. However some depiction of vampires I don't really fancy while some I do. Going back one few years most of my story drawings had half vampire blooded protagonists. Keeping the blood sucking aside I like most things about vampires except for the burning under the sun as well.
Some vampire movies I enjoyed where Twilight, The originals , and the Philippines series Immortal. Twilight was my first and favourite vampire movie I enjoyed most. When I was younger and watching that sometimes I wonder what it would be like to have such capabilities of speed strength improved hearing and healing vision although not with the weakness of sun burning which Twilight kind of provided. What connected me with it was how Bella was fascinated with becoming one deep inside. If not why choose Edward over Jacob😅😅. And then she actually became one in breaking Dawn. Kinda makes me wonder when Hotel transilvania plans to turn Johnny to one because it's almost kinda obvious his going to grow old and die and leave Mavis without turning into one.
Back to Twilight. I loved the effects action and although little fights but it was interesting. Just as how they made playing baseball or is it cricket look cool by vampires. The. Originals with he story of the Michaelson's has been quite intriguing.
Although I did not get to see the beginning nor the end of that series only some random episodes in the middle. What I know is other vampires hate Nicklaus for his tyrany over the years. But the part Marcel actually gets to punish there was something he said that showed a vote of confidence in his pride as a vampire. He said would not apologise because that's the effect of power and that anyone of them would have done the same. If you could trample on everyone with no consequence some may.

The drawing starts with the form of the face done with the inking pen. The hair was done next with a synthetic brush I think because it's not a brush tool I mostly use.
On another layer I painted the face with a more lighter color to give it a sense of the pale skin of the vampires. And then I drew the eyes with the technical pen. Made the pupil of eyes sharp upward eclipse.
And also the blood drop from the mouth to show she just drank blood recently. Also outlined the nose as well.
For lips a bit of air blow pen to give it a bit of texture and make it like a cherry red lips but lighter. Then did the shading and the red background and with that all done.

La elección del arte hoy es de mis criaturas nocturnas favoritas conocidas como vampiros. Favorito de ver en las películas, pero no realmente favorito para conocer a algunos en la vida real.
Una lectura que me gusta entonces es que los retratados con ojos rojos brillantes parecen tener un buen anillo, ya que me encanta el color rojo. Me recuerda a la adolescente Wolf en ese entonces cuando el lobo Alfa tenía los ojos rojos brillantes. Sin embargo, me pareció extraño, ya que la mayoría de los lobos son retratados con colores que van desde el amarillo al blanco hasta el azul, etc.

Qué interesante aprender los otros nombres que también se llaman, Strigoi, creo que escuché esto antes en la película de la academia de vampiros. Aunque no estoy muy seguro.
El dibujo comienza con la forma de la cara hecha con la pluma de tinta. El cabello se hizo a continuación con un cepillo sintético, creo que porque no es una herramienta de cepillo que uso principalmente.
En otra capa pinté la cara con un color más claro para darle una sensación de la piel pálida de los vampiros. Y luego dibujé los ojos con el bolígrafo técnico. Hizo que la pupila de ojos se afilara hacia arriba.
Y también la gota de sangre de la boca para mostrar que acaba de beber sangre recientemente. También esbozó la nariz.
Para los labios un poco de aire sopla pluma para darle un poco de textura y hacerlo como unos labios rojos cereza, pero más ligero. Luego hizo el sombreado y el fondo rojo y con todo eso hecho.
