Red is one of my favorite colors and i really like the glow of the fire! :D
I am also tried to use Ibis paint but was unable to get the result that I want. LOL

I have like 2 years experience using ibis now. Its a great software. You just need to get a rough idea about light and shadows. I recommend watching dragon ball z since they use energy blasts a lot so they shade their characters accordingly.
