Hello friends, welcome to the first guild report. Today we will talk about our performance, since we are now fighting in Tier II. Our goal is to be among the top three and fortunately we have achieved it.	Olá amigos, bem-vindos ao primeiro relatório da guilda. Our newest member, Zallin, had an incredible performance with 8 wins and 0 losses Congratulations! 🎉👏. Rusbe and Pascobot had only 1 loss each, just like megamariano would have if she were playing at home, but she wasn't and the game gave the victory to her opponent after that tie.The other members also did well, although some reported not feeling comfortable with Flay Destinado. We will talk to them and put them in the fray they feel comfortable with. We had a member who didn't submit their matches. This is terrible for this game mode. It's better not to put members in the fray than to put them and they don't play, as it gives easy points to opponents and that's bad.

Rusbe e Pascobot tiveram apenas 1 derrota, assim como megamariano teria se estivesse jogando em casa, mas não estava, e o jogo deu a vitória ao oponente após esse empate.Os demais membros também foram bem, embora alguns tenham relatado não estar confortáveis com Flay Destinado. Vamos conversar com eles e colocá-los no fray que se sentirem confortáveis. Tivemos um membro que não submeteu suas partidas. Isso é péssimo para esse modo de jogo. Vale mais a pena não colocar os membros nos fray do que colocar e eles não jogarem, pois isso dá pontos fáceis aos oponentes e isso é ruim.

Convertido em DEC, deu cerca de 6.628,651, mas como gosto de números redondos, enviei para o jogo 6.600. No jogo, eu já tinha um pouco de DEC e usei para doar para o Barracks, arredondando o valor para 8.800 DEC.
