My strategy was to use a tank with Shield ability to reduce the melee damage and focus on DPS with abilities to take down enemy backline like Snipe and Opportunity. It is know that a low level, with low mana monster the melee damage are low so the Shield ability worked very well! I choose Fire because it is difficult see magic in low mana cap. I predict the battle very well and i win the game. The enemy Harpy kill my backline but my Tank with shield allow my to win within 9 rounds. Also my lvl 2 summoner and tank allow my to win this game.
CONSIDERATIONS
I think the Lava Spider could be a really useful card in battle where low mana monsters are use. Thank to the Snipe ability, one of a few cards have this ability in the new basic set, you can easily take down ranged and magic monsters that are really dangerous for the fire deck.
