Favorite Rare Cards in Gold League - Part I
This post is a part of the series I am making to help out players on what to rent for the Gold league. Last two posts were for the Common cards:
Fire, Water and Earth Common Cards
Life, Death, Dragon and Neutral Common Cards
Today, is all about rare cards.
Again, these cards are what I rent to compete in the Gold league while keeping my rents low. I don't rent fancy cards like Selenia Sky, Sacred Llama Mage and Kron the Undying. I stick with the cheap ones to keep my rent low while still able to stay competitive. Pretty sure this can help you compete in the leaderboard but you'll be needing those expensive legendary summoners.
Please note the cards below might not suit your playstyle or strategy but I really think these cards are versatile so you should be able to insert them on your line-ups.
And lastly, with the modern and wild formats coming, I'll try to list more recent cards - Untamed, Dice, Chaos Legions and related Rewards cards.

In my opinion, all the great tanks should have the Shield ability to soften the blows received. With its taunt ability, 6 Armor and 10 HP, opponents will have a hard time bringing this one down. Pair it with a heal or two and armor repair, then you're all set to annoy the shit out of your opponents. 😂 |

The best assassin in the game. What makes this deadly and a must include in your lineup is its double strike and poison abilities. More hits, more chances of the opponent's backline dying. This is great when paired with the Silvershield Knight for more lethal damage. |

I very much wanted to add the Peacebringer here but since I promised a list of more recent cards for the Modern format, here's the Silvershield Sheriff. The Sheriff has snipe and deals 4 damage that pierces through opponents armour. It has 4 speed so it has a great chance of hitting your opponent. What I like about this card is its protect ability granting your lineup additional shield which is quite useful when you are not using Tyrus. Offers great synergy with General Sloan and can be useful in high mana matches. |

This is my favourite death card in Chaos Legion. This effectively replaces the Haunted Spirit. With thorns, opposing tanks easily melt while its health help sustain itself. This has a decent attack and impressive HP for its mana and class. If this card is expensive, feel free to rent Haunted Spirit instead. |

Another personal favourite that I try to insert this as much as I can. Deals 3 ranged damage to ranged/magic monsters hiding in the back. You can position this at the back and watch it evade those annoying sneak monsters with its dodge ability. |

I wanted to add the Death Elemental here but its 2 HP has always been my problem especially with the excessive usage of Pelacor Conjurer and Failed Summoners. So here's the Venari Bonesmith.. Helps quickly melt the opposing tank with its magic damage and poison while increasing its HP with life leach. This one's bulky when it comes to the front. |

There's not a lot of rare cards you can rent for the Dragon Splinter but this one's cheap so this won't definitely hurt your budget. The Manticore is better at the 2nd position but if you're not renting all the splinters and you don't have any good monsters on the playable splinters, you can use the Manticore as tank and the Basilisk on 2nd position. This has a fast speed so it has a big chance to stun your opponent before it gets to attack. |

Again, like the Basilisk this is cheap to rent. You can even get a gold card to boost your DEC spoils. This has 6 speed so you're sure it can attack at least twice. Its backfire ability will also punish those slowass monsters who dare attack it and miss. |

This is a must rent for me given the prevalence of magic line-ups. The Prismatic Energy's void helps it soften the magic damage received while its reflect punishes those who try to hit it with magic. When paired with amplify, your enemies will regret fielding a magic line-up. |

A great addition to the Chaos Legion set. This is versatile at 4 mana, 7 HP with void and heal. You'll be sure to use this at little league when you don't have a lot of options on which tank to use. This also provides a great match up vs opposing tanks at low mana. With 12, 13 mana cap, you can add 2-3 small monsters at the back with this. |

Do yourself a favour and rent a chicken. Yeah? It doesn't even need to be a max chicken. A level 1 is fine. All it needs to do is take a hit or two and it's done its purpose. Put it in front to sustain your tank. Put it in position 2 to take a snipe hit. Put it the back to take a sneak attack. Put it anywhere during noxious/earthquake rule sets to feed your Cube. 10/10. |

The operators doing V2K with remote neural monitoring want me to believe this lady @battleaxe is an operator. She is involved in the same discord groups around @fyrstikken and friends. Her discord is Battleaxe#1003. Shes in some groups with seemingly detached characters that dont even acknowledge the others in the group, looking oddly staged. She starts projects and does nothing with it or the delegations after its used to sway people. Like @steempowertwins does<------fake along with her @teamgood <------fake. No substance in her comments and has a following that adores her for what? Life coach she is not nor is she insightful with any meaningful skills to follow. Ruler of pixie dust maybe? I would like for someone to show me but probably wont out fear maybe? @fyrstikken groups around him down voted me into censored and not viewable on my accounts as soon I told what they were doing.
I cant prove @battleaxe is the one directly doing the V2K and RNM. Doing it requires more than one person at the least. It cant be done alone. She cant prove she is not one of the ones doing V2K because she cant and could care less. I guarantee she knows this is going around and still wont prove it because she cant. Many of us here can prove what they have been doing to survive the past 5 years. What does she live off of? It definitely isnt in public view here.
I was drugged in my home covertly, it ended badly. They have been trying to kill me using RNM with applied V2K mental games while revealing as many accessories to the crime as they can. I bet nobody does anything at all. Ask @battleaxe to prove it. I bet she wont. Pretty serious accusations to just blow off and leave the crypto community hanging in fear of this danger.
They want me to believe the V2K and RNM in me is being broadcast from her location. And what the fuck is "HOMELAND SECURITY" doing about this shit? I think stumbling over their own dicks maybe? Just like they did and are doing with the Havana Syndrome. They should start by looking at the communications between the top witnesses of Hive and the connection to @fyrstikken groups. Google his fucking name and see where his other interests lie around at least once maybe? The connections between @fyrstikken groups and all the exchanges built for Hive? Bet that would reveal some crazy ball less nutty shit. Homeland security should start preparing for their own incarcerations seeing how sloppy this was done. Patriot act my ass. Think we are really fools? Bad position your not getting out of. Dont be last to blow the whistle. Who will protect you?
People in and around @fyrstikkens groups are reckless and should have shown the proper media what they had before taking me hostage for 5 long torturing years and counting. That is a long time to wait for someone to die.
What would you say while having a gun pointed at your head from an undisclosed location? Have people find it? My hands are tied while they play like children with a gun to my head. Its a terrorist act on American soil while some yawn and say its not real or Im a mental case. Many know its real. This is an ignored detrimental to humanity domestic threat. Ask informed soldiers in the American military what their oath is and why nothing is being done. Nobody has I guess. Maybe someone told ill informed soldiers they cant protect America from military leaders in control that have ill intent. How do we protect locked up soldiers prevented from telling the truth from being treated as criminals? Airdrop cards are powerful. I wish I got more cards than what I hold at this moment.
