What league are you in? Maybe when you reach Silver and Gold.
I reached Silver 3 for the first time this season and don't have enough power yet to go to Silver 2. I've got a lot more cards to rent for that.
Same with you, I am just at Bronze 1, I don't want to spend DEC for rent seeing that the value of DEC is increasing.
