RE: SPS Governance Proposal - Price Blood & Power Stones in DEC

I think the effect of this proposal is overrated. Only Gold Foil fray Brawlers will buy both Stones. Currently that's about 20 players in total. RF fray players (75%) only buy Blood Stones if they want a short term advantage or are misinformed. They will probably never buy Power Stones.
