Death Quest: Chaos Style

Having built up a pretty decent Chaos Legion deck, I'm now ready to conquer the daily quests with a new found vigor. Today's daily quest brought me into the dark realm of the death Splinter. Will I achieve ultimate success. Or, will the conqueror become the conqueree? Is that even a word? Who knows.

12 battles and 15 minutes later.

Victory! It was more of a struggle than I would have liked, but I wasn't getting very favorable rulesets for using my death cards. That's just how it goes sometimes.

In the decisive battle I went up against someone using my favorite Splinter to use...the water Splinter. I was not very confident when I saw the lineups. My opponents summoner and cards were at higher levels than mine. The one advantage I seemed to have was that I had one monster with a lot more health than anything my opponent had. Would that be enough? Let's see...

Final analysis: Well, that was interesting. At least for me. I finally learned what happens when you end up in a perpetual situation during a battle. I've always wondered how a winner was determined, but I never had the patience to wait that long. At about round 20, the "Fatigue" effect set in. Fatigue acts like poison. Monsters lose one health per round from there until a winner remains.
