New WOO partner

You can read it well, yesterday a new WOO partner got announced: TAJIRI!

There's something special about this partnership, as it's the first partnership with a wrestler not from the USA. Maybe besides Sonny Onoo, but I think he has double nationality, don't take me on that though. Sonny connected Tajiri with the team of WOO and the rest was history. Now, he's part of the WOO family!

Hereby a brief history of Tajiri:

Tajiri, whose real name is Yoshihiro Tajiri, hails from Japan and has made a significant impact on the global wrestling scene. Known for his lightning-fast strikes, technical prowess, and unique in-ring style, Tajiri has left an indelible mark on fans worldwide.
His career includes notable stints in major wrestling promotions, including ECW (Extreme Championship Wrestling), WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment), and various Japanese organizations. Tajiri is celebrated for his achievements in both singles competition and tag team action, captivating audiences with his versatility and innovative maneuvers.

As WOO is often organizing Ask Me Anything with their wrestling partners, I would be glad to ask some questions. The question that always intrigues me is how they are introduced to WOO. I know this time Sonny Onoo played a vital role. But did Sonny just ask him right away or was there a whole story behind it? I guess we'll soon find it out!

What is WOO?

WOO, aka Wrestling Organization Online is an upcoming play2earn game on the Hive blockchain about wrestling. They aim to bring back territory wrestling, where the wrestlers are tradeable nft's. The launch for the game is aimed to be in Q3 of 2023. To be able to launch, they already sold out 60k WOOalpha packs through various sales through 2022. Their WOOAlpha general sale sold out in 99seconds! Besides the wrestlers and managers which could been found in the card packs, they also need cities (often called land plots, but in WOO, we talk about cities).
