Who is Mikey Whipwreck

Hello everyone!

Today a post about one of WOO's partners, Mikey Whipwreck. Do you know that this partner has a Hive account and is even blogging quite actively? Yes, you can check out his articles at his account: @mikeywhipwreck. As you can see he loves to write about stories he experienced himself thoughout his career as a professional wrestler. I have read them all and can only tell you, it's definitely worth to check them out!

Personally I think it's a good thing that WOO is partnering up with irl (retired) wrestlers as it gives them links to the irl world. Besides this credibility, it helps to attract new people as well. Fans of these partners will probably want an NFT of their favourite wrestlers or managers, thus discovering WOO.

It helps with getting attention at irl events as well. When you go to a fair or convention with hundreds of stands, which one would you visit? One of the stands or the one with famous wrestlers hanging around the stand? Imagine when WOO would go to Wrestlecon and have several partnered wrestlers with them. Yes, that will probably be really amazing! THEY ARE GOING TO WRESTLECON! And yes, they will bring some partnered wrestlers!

What is WOO?

WOO, aka Wrestling Organization Online is an upcoming play2earn game on the Hive blockchain about wrestling. They aim to bring back territory wrestling, where the wrestlers are tradeable nft's. The public beta of the game launched on December the 13th. It's an autobattler in the theme of wrestling. There are 3 undercard events and 1 main event. Winning an undercard event gives you 1 point and winning the main event gives you 2 points, so 5 points are what we're fighting for. There are wrestler NFT's and manager NFT's which gives bonuses to the wrestlers. In the near future you'll be able to earn $WOO, just by playing the game, a real #play2earn game!
