WOO Major Announcement

Hello everyone!

Today there was a big announcement in the WOO Discord as you can see on above image. @tobias-g told us that he managed to get some bugfixes done. For those of you who aren't aware of these bugs, let me explain them briefly.

  1. When the injuries of a specific wrestler should be healed, it wasn't healing. This had as a consequence that you couldn't use that wrestler anymore. As more and more wrestlers were getting injured, I was playing more and more games with more common wrestlers. I don't have to explain that I am very happy to be able to use my stronger wrestlers once again.

  2. As Tobias stated there were some players confused by the match count / exhaustion, I was one of them. I apparently forgot it was after 48hours, in my mind it was 24hours. Now it's set to 4hours, which will definitely help me to utilize my strong wrestlers more often. Atleast if they aren't getting injured..

  3. GB's didn't have much of an advantage despite their scarcity. Now they will bring in some extra $WOO rewards when winning a match. That's always great! :D

What is WOO?

WOO, aka Wrestling Organization Online is an upcoming play2earn game on the Hive blockchain about wrestling. They aim to bring back territory wrestling, where the wrestlers are tradeable nft's. The public beta of the game launched on December the 13th. It's an autobattler in the theme of wrestling. There are 3 undercard events and 1 main event. Winning an undercard event gives you 1 point and winning the main event gives you 2 points, so 5 points are what we're fighting for. There are wrestler NFT's and manager NFT's which gives bonuses to the wrestlers. In the near future you'll be able to earn $WOO, just by playing the game, a real #play2earn game!

The rewards for playing, aka $WOO tokens got released last week.
This led to an influx of new players / curious people.
Overall I have the impression that great times are coming for WOO! :D
