Into the Splinterverse with myself and Bebeomega. We are both Splinerlands TV members who wanted to do a show together so we could banter a bit more. Wow, big news in the Town Hall. Matt returns with some sad news. We never like to see people get fired. We don't want to see them hurt at all but at the same time, it makes sense to run lean right now. This is really sad news. Weirdbeard was a pretty cool dude, but he was also one of the people that was part of the layoffs. I don't know what to feel about this reorg. I was feeling pretty bullish on SPL before it, since there's been a lot of updates to improve the gameplay, and land 1.5 is soon. But with these latest news, it's like a big damper to it. The bear market seems to be extending a bit more, and hopefully we can weather the storm.
