Ho iniziato a giocare a Splinterlands il 7 Luglio 2021. Come per molti altri è stato la mia porta di ingresso sulla blockchain di Hive. Era la mia prima esperienza con il play2earn e temevo che avrei finito solo col perdere soldi. Il mio approccio fino ad ora è sempre stato basato sulla prudenza e lo studio, anche perchè molti cambiamenti sono occorsi da quando ho iniziato.

I miei investimenti

Splinterlands è l'unico progetto in cui ho investito denaro. L'ho fatto solo all'inizio del mio percorso, tanto che non considero più quei soldi spesi come un investimento specifico del gioco, ma sulla intera blockchain di Hive.

Da allora ho deciso che avrei investito solo quello che sarei riuscito a guadagnarmi dalla mia attività su Hive. Non un singolo dollaro è stato più speso e mi sono posto come obiettivo che un giorno avrei ritirato quanto ho investito, rendendo quindi autosufficiente tutta la mia attività sulla blockchain. Splinterlands rimane tuttavia il progetto principale su cui sto puntando e la mia strategia si basa principalmente sull'investire tutte le ricompense mensili che ottengo dalla mia attività, una volta che sono riuscito a mettere da parte 100 Hive per il Power Up Day.
L'investimento avviene acquistando il token di governance SPS e mettendolo in stake. Ho un orizzonte di lungo periodo su tutto l'ecosistema di Splinterlands e credo che possa riservare delle piacevoli sorprese per il futuro.

Come è andata l'ultima settimana

La settimana appena conclusa è andata molto bene. Sono riuscito a mettere da parte altri SPS e questo mi permetterà di raggiungere se sono fortunato i 6000 sp PS entro la fine dell’anno.
Sono molto soddisfatto di come procede la mia strategia. È una strategia basata su piccoli passi sempre costanti questo per dimostrare che per raggiungere gli obiettivi non è necessario avere un grosso evento fortunato e casuale ma serve metodo e costanza.
L’airdrop del toke SPS legato ai pacchi Tower defense ha raggiunto quota 74. Ho preso la decisione di riscattarli e metterli a loro volta in stake. Questo dovrebbe contribuire a migliorare la mia posizione anche per l’airdrop di GLX legato a Genesis League Goals. Voglio comunque tenere traccia di questa operazione per valutare se e quali benefici può aver portato, in futuro.
Parlando di GLX, anche la vendita procede, anche se non bene come un tempo, la maggior disponibilità del token ha infatti fatto crollar eil suo valore e quindi si ottengono meno SPS dalla vendita di GLX, lo avevo messo in conto anche se non me lo aspettavo così repentino.
Il traguardo dei 6000 SPS entro il 31/12/2022 è ambizioso ma raggiungibile. Molto dipenderà da quanto riesco ad essere attivo durante le feste. Ma come dicevo sopra, il segreto è la costanza, che richiede disciplina e metodo, per cui meglio darsi da fare al più presto.
SPS rimane uno dei token preferiti su Hive e forse il secondo più importante dopo Hive stesso, accumularlo al momento diventa rilevante, in attesa della prossima fase di mercato rialzista che si spera ci permetterà di toglierci qualche soddisfazione.

I started playing Splinterlands on July 7, 2021. Like many others, it was my gateway to the Hive blockchain. It was my first experience with play2earn and I was afraid that I would end up just losing money. My approach up to now has always been based on prudence and study, also because many changes have occurred since I started.

My investments

Splinterlands is the only project I've invested money in. I only did it at the beginning of my journey, so much so that I no longer consider that money spent as a specific investment in the game, but on the entire Hive blockchain.

I have since decided that I would only invest what I could earn from my Hive business. Not a single dollar was spent anymore and I made it a goal that one day I would withdraw my investment, therefore making all my business on the blockchain self-sustainable. However, Splinterlands remains the main project I'm aiming for and my strategy is mainly based on investing all the monthly rewards I get from my business, once I've managed to save 100 Hives for Power Up Day.
The investment takes place by purchasing the SPS governance token and staking it. I have a long-term view of the whole Splinterlands ecosystem and I think it can hold some pleasant surprises for the future.

How was the last week

The week just ended went very well. I have managed to save up more SPS and this will allow me to reach 6000 SPS by the end of the year if I'm lucky.
I am very satisfied with how my strategy is progressing. It's a strategy based on small steps that are always constant, this is to demonstrate that to achieve goals it's not necessary to have a big lucky and random event but method and constancy are needed.
The airdrop of the SPS toke linked to the Tower defense packs reached 74. I made the decision to redeem them and stake them in turn. This should help improve my standing for the Genesis League Goals GLX airdrop as well. However, I want to keep track of this operation to evaluate if and what benefits it may have brought in the future.
Speaking of GLX, the sale is also proceeding, even if not as well as in the past, the greater availability of the token has in fact caused its value to collapse and therefore less SPS are obtained from the sale of GLX, I had taken this into account even if I didn't I expected so suddenly.
The goal of 6000 SPS by 12/31/2022 is ambitious but achievable. A lot will depend on how active I manage to be during the holidays. But as I said above, the secret is constancy, which requires discipline and method, so it's better to get busy as soon as possible.
SPS remains one of the favorite tokens on Hive and perhaps the second most important after Hive itself, accumulating it at the moment becomes relevant, waiting for the next phase of the bull market which will hopefully allow us to get some satisfaction.
