Purpose Strengthening My Cards # 9 Alva the crusher
Welcome back to another chapter in my Splinterlands progression journey.
Today marks the ninth post in this ongoing series where I continue transforming one of my cards from a simple collection piece into a true battlefield asset.
What started as an ordinary card sitting quietly in my deck has slowly evolved into one of the most rewarding long-term projects on my account. Every time I combine more BCX, I get to see tangible progress, and that's one of the things I enjoy most about Splinterlands.
Unlike many games where progression can feel hidden behind numbers, every card upgrade here feels meaningful.
Each level gained brings the card one step closer to its full potential.
Each improvement increases its value.

Each upgrade opens new opportunities for future battles.
When I began this journey, the card was mostly a situational choice. It had its uses, but it wasn't something I could rely on as a core part of my strategy.
Now, after multiple upgrades, that is beginning to change.
With every new level, the card becomes more impactful, more versatile, and more capable of helping me adapt to different battle conditions. Having stronger cards available gives me more strategic options and allows me to approach matches with greater confidence.
What makes this journey special is that it goes beyond a single card.
Every upgrade strengthens my collection.
Every upgrade increases the value of my account.
Every upgrade prepares me for tougher opponents and higher leagues ahead.
Of course, opening reward chests is exciting.
Winning difficult battles is always satisfying.
Climbing the rankings feels great.
But watching a card grow stronger over time creates a different kind of satisfaction—one that reflects patience, planning, and long-term commitment.
This ninth upgrade is another milestone reached, but the journey is far from over.
The collection continues to grow.
The power continues to rise.
And the next level is already on the horizon.
One card.
One upgrade.
One more step toward maximum power.
The purpose of these blog posts is to show the progress I’m making with my cards, including the SPS I earn in battles and clan wars, as well as the Glints I collect and the Gladius chests I open
