#53 Mermaid Healer - Splinterlands Art Contest (ENG/ DE)

Hello dear Hive Alien Art Crew, Hive Community and Splinterlands Fans,

So, finally a creative phase has hit me again. God thaaaanks. I feel blessed again. 😘 I was creative busy at the weekend and spent a few hours meditatively drawing on my bed.

And you know which splinterlands character will be my entry for this week?
This week I chose the cute Mermaid Healer to be my Splinterlands fanart variation. I have to admit that I found this character just too cute. That I hadn't discovered her before, well, better discovered too late than never and overlooked.

I tried to draw the lovely Mermaid Healer as an anime character. I simply modified some of her features. What do you think? I'm looking forward to your feedback.

Hallöchen liebe Alien Art Crew, Hive Gemeinde und Splinterlands Fans,

So, endlich hat mich eine kreative Phase wieder gepackt. Ich war am Wochenende künstlich fleißig und habe mich meditativ einige Stunden dem zeichnen gewidmet.

Als Splinterlands Charakter habe ich mich diese Woche für die süße Mermaid Healer entschieden. Ich fand diese Figur einfach zu niedlich muss ich gestehen. Das ich sie nicht vorher wchon entdeckt hatte, naja, besser zu spät entdeckt als nie und übersehen.

Ich habe versucht die liebe Mermaid Healer als einen Anime Charakter zu zeichnen. Einige Merkmale habe ich Freischnauze einfach abgewandelt. Was sagt ihr dazu? Ich bin aif euer Feedback gespannt.

First lines. This took me longest time. Around 50 minutes something like that but it went out cool I think.

Slowly slowly the fine lining of my drawing has an end. And whats next? Surely, the background has to be blackened. Lol.

What you think? Not toooooo bad right? I had some fanarts much more worse than that one. 😜 It really depends on my mood at the moment how I draw. Maybe I can learn to use the flow of creativity more and more.

To translate some of my german native words I used deepl.com. After I edited and corrected some parts because deepl.com couldn't translate all slang words perfectly. Just wanted to make this clear too.
