Hello guys,
A little over 1 week ago I started my journey here at Splinterlands and I would like to share my progress, maybe weekly or biweekly, I'm still thinking.
To be exact I started on the last day of the last season, because of that I only got to rank bronze; when the season turned I rented some cards and played a lot to get to rank silver in order to get more chests in the daily quest. The water mage deck for the bronze rank is really strong, however I tried to rush up to the gold rating, keeping the power of the bronze rank, but I started to face a lot of counter, which made me give up on raising my rating further and stay on silver for this season.
Commenting a little about the water mage deck, the wavesmith is amazing, it helps a lot against rogues, besides I had the opportunity to play a few days with Djinn Oshannus, who I managed to rent for 15dec/day, and without a doubt he became one of the my favorite cards, I want to do some tests in the future using Ruler of Seas and some other mages.
Suggestions for rental cards are always welcome.

If you are reading and are thinking about starting to play Splinterlands and can use my link I really appreciate it:

Ty guys, see u next time.

Thanks for sharing! - @libertycrypto27

Welcome to Splinterlands, you've only been here a short while but you'll find that the fun will only increase 😉
I like reading your thoughts and strategies in your first week and a half of playing.
Ruler of the Seas is a great card and plays very well from level 1 because it has the blast ability which makes it a very strong card.
If you post pictures in your next post you will get a higher vote from Splinterlands 😉
