Being a splinterlandlord

Hello my lovely Hivians and Splinterlands-Gamers and Collectors!

Welcome to my weekly update on my doings of being a splinterlandlord, which refers to owning two land plots and buildings on them.
That means: IT IS HARVESTING TIME!

I am back on a weekly posting schedule, yey! ;D

My full GRAIN harvest came in with 2,65k and my other plot brought in 75 IRON again. Selling all those resources was worth 42 DEC or 0,034 Dollar. Iron got significantly cheaper but grain could maintain it's price for now. I see that as quite good, while there is no further update on LAND right now.

happy farming and collecting <3

Nice steady haul despite iron softening. Are you planning to keep flipping grain each week or stack a buffer in case prices move when the next land update drops?

Thank you! : )
I actually plan to flip it weekly to create a useful overview in my blog-series about the price trends in splinterlands commodities

Nice, that’ll make a clean time series and highlight when momentum shifts. Are you tracking both DEC and USD equivalents and maybe a simple 4-week average to smooth the noise? A grain vs iron panel would be cool, especially with iron soft and grain holding. Ping me if you want a quick sheet template.
