I think his plan this time around is to buy a stack in the open sale also and maybe buy some key cards to make sure he has 2x max covered.

Tbh i was not even thinking about further purchases, i hoped a bit he will tell some lower numbers than you did. But i guess he will not… :)

No it’s not possible to max 2 decks with 4000 packs. You will need about 10K pack for that. That’s my goal. So I likely have to buy from general sale.
Will you see how it goes in general and see if buying "key cards" from the market is better to max, or do you think the rental market will be strong enough for the extras anyway?

Yes, Vouchers will still be needed the next round. But with double emission it probably will hurt voucher price. Also no dr blight later
