Will the voucher drive away new players?

After the update about Chaos Legion, I have read many reactions from players and most of them are unhappy. I cant say im surprised.

There are only two ways to get vouchers. One is to stake SPS. The bad news is that you will need to stake 3k+ SPS IN order to get 1 voucher per day in 30 days. The other way is to buy it from secondary markets a.k.a. whales.
The voucher, from what Ive heard, will cost $10-$50 each from secondary markets.
Well the only people who will benefit from this are whales and early adopters. New players will have to pay premium per pack. And that's no way to attract new players.

Yes there will be packs that will be available without using the vouchers but how many?

Im concerned that this voucher system will create powerful bots for the whales. Yes bots, not individual players.

I hope the devs will reconsider this.
