selling my splinterlands cards was hard but i'll be back!

did not wanna do it but hey, i've got other things to do between now and 2024 when (hopefully) we will have another peak, for now it's head down and learn/earn and stack and move on. I got in early with the alpha cards and i needed the funds this christmas for a variety of things. good closure on a hectic few years.

it was interesting to see how the bot markets work and how it's obvious that some people are running very clever botting software to purchase things that will make them more day to day daily rent. i think i just got bored of that game of renting. it's cool but you don't want to be the last person holding the cards right?

i'm sure that splinterlands will go on to continue to be one of the biggest crypto games on the market because of the sheer audacity of the team and the big brains behind it. the concept itself is solid, the notion of cranking out good dlc and more lore, it works, proven itself over and over.

but for now, i'm trying other things, like deso, another blockchain that is pretty appealing to me. it's low fees (not free) but still, very fast and i'm enjoying my time there. i'm currently blogging in like 4/5 places and i'm liking the spread out feel, great free feeling about it.

also i'm starting to earn on medium which is great. it was absolutely peanuts but at least there is no downvoting!

cheers!
humble x
