Been playing for a year and learned something new today. Trample doesn't work from backline.

Working with the Desert Dragon. At lvl 2 it has both trample and piercing so it makes short work of armored foes.

Add in Daria's +1 Attack and the Paladin's inspire for another +1 Attack--I thought the Desert dragon would rip apart the opponents backline. It did hit hard and took out the foes in one hit BUT trample did not activate when I was hitting from the backline.

That really sucks because with only 6 health its kind of squish if put up front.

I have experimented with this. I couldn't get your battle link to work for some reason. But from the screenshot I'm guessing you were hitting the last spot because of sneak.

Trample does work from the backline. But, it only goes in one direction. So when you sneak, you hit the last position, there's nothing else to attack in the 'next' spot. It would be interesting to know if a camoflauged monster was behind the last monster if trample would hit the camoflauged monster though.

But, I have done it with opportunity ruleset. My Desert Dragon trampled the 2nd spot into the 3rd spot. Desert Dragon is really strong in opportunity ruleset because of this.

So, does work for Opportunity but doesn't work for Sneak. I can' live with that :) Thanks!
