Todays Update - Day 7

Today was a Sneak Quest. It went swimmingly. I played seven games and won six of them. I used a monster with the sneak ability in five of the games as the mana did not allow for me to have a good setup that included sneak in one of my early games, meaning that win did not count for the quest. I won the first six games I played before losing a seventh game, which ended my steak. If we include yesterday's final game, as that was a win, my new highest all-time win streak is seven. I played either water or dragon with a death focus to complete this quest.

When I first opened the game today, I was quite surprised to see that a card had been gifted to me. It turns out, that one of the raffles I had entered about six days ago, had only just drawn a winner, me. That made me happy to see. If I am correct, it was this giveaway here that I won. The reason I think it was this giveaway is that the name of the individual who sent me the card matches the creator of the post, the card gifted to me was the one that I had expressed interest in, and the individual indicated in their post that those were the card choices for this week and the cutoff period for entering the giveaway would be at least 48 hours after the post was published. Assuming I am right, thank you @moonthumb for the card. I am now the proud owner of a Twilight Basilisk.

In regards to SPS, I was able to claim 0.005 from the airdrop and 0.003 from staking. I've decided I'm not going to worry about collecting it at a specific time, but rather collect it while writing these posts. This will keep the collection times within a few hours of each other and ensure it happens each day, give or take a couple of hours.

I've updated all the tables accordingly.

Before signing off for the night, I wanted to draw your attention to the Splinterlands Lore Discord. This discord dives deep into the Splinterlands lore including lore on topics such splinters, monsters, locations, and conflicts. There are also stories published on blogging platforms such as PeakD, that, to my understanding, are lore compliant. For those less interested in the lore of the Splinterlands universe, they also have a weekly trivia night (based on the lore) each week that takes place on Sundays around 7:00 pm est. Get a question right and you can win a prize.

I'd like to apologize for my last post being published so late. I had to schedule it to publish well I was at work in the morning as I lacked the RC to do it last night. Hopefully, we can avoid this issue moving forwards. Until next time everyone.
