Too bad about all of the smoke, that really sucks. It can make for pretty sunsets though! Good luck moving those packs, it's probably a good time to unload them, at least as good as it's getting.
Silver is the place to be right now, I wouldn't be surprised to see $40 this year at some point!
Dollar General is everywhere and nothing is one dollar. I have shopped there before but for specific canned items usually that they price better than even Walmart. Otherwise I avoid it, and if there are a bunch of cars there I won't even go inside because they usually have one very slow cashier...

Haha yes, you hit the nail on the head with the one very slow cashier. I think it is good that they are bringing decently priced goods to remote areas, but I still try to avoid them if I can. I know some stretches of highway here in Michigan where you can travel from one city to another and pass at least two or three Dollar Generals.
