Bettering the give away

I have noticed People with questions of how the giveaways work and possible legitimacy concerns from the community. so I wrote a transparency page hosted on my discord. This will contain the basics of the rules, economic explanation, and disclaimers in hopes that this will be a useful tool to explain things and give a place to message about any questions that may come up or ideas the community has to tweak the giveaways for the better. <3 thank you for everyone's input both here and in our discord servers. I'll work hard to improve. :D

This is will be edited accordingly as issues and new event present themselves. attaching this to the posts will hopefully help new people out and see a bit more about me and the giveaways. I wish I knew all concerns possible but I'm one person with no professional background in this. We will just need to keep pushing and as things come up build around them. Excepting our lumps in grace as we go until I get better.
