Early season renting from bronze to silver 3.

Well how do I start writing a post. Honestly i have no experience in writing posts so ill just write what comes up in my mind and would love the feedback from the amazing splinterlands community on how to improve my posts.

So my goal for the first post is provide a more general idea how to rent mutiple splinters cheaply to give you options during diffrent rulesets and climb easily out of bronze to silver 3.

So let me start by saying no single deck can handle all situations, but with enough experience you'll figure out what cards work best during specific rulesets and mana caps, with the addition of choas legion cards people seem a bit lost so i'm here to help you.

So lets dive into what cards i'm renting early on in the season to climb out of bronze.

For the fire splinter I like to go with:
Forgotton One with his imunity ability hes a beast on noxious fumes ruleset (0.44 dec cost).
I like to rent Fineas rage(0.23) to pair with him during noxious fumes since he has high health and speed. And a kobold miner(0.10)when you want to play a fire sneak team, i mostly play fire or water when nature is not avaible. So for 0.77 dec you got a great fire deck.

For the water splinter i like to go with:
Torhillo the frozen(1.63) combine this card with the amazing free bortus summoner and you'll have a great nature team counter. Add in Axemaster(0.75) and you will quickly take any mage team down. Total 2.38 dec

For the death splinter i like to go with:
The summoner Zintar(0.50) the amazing thing is the -1 melee, add in the next rental harkclaw(1.67) and some melee teams cant get past your tank. Total: 2.17 dec

For the dragon splinter i like to go with:
Djinn chwala(0.29) for the thorns ability on match ups between 12 to 15 mana. I also rent a manticore(1) with this for 16 mana games its a solide pick. The vigilator(3.62) is a absolute monster on the following rulesets: melee mayhem, opportunity ruleset he wins you 99% of those games. I like to rent daria dragonscale(1) for those rulesets aswell. Total: 5.91 dec

For the neutral splinter i like to go with:
Sand worm(0.10) for reverse speed match ups.
Creeping ooze(0.20) to slow my enemy down.
Furious chicken(3.60) free card to slot in never rent it above 5 dec.
Almo Cambio(3.50) for higher mana games with noxious fumes ruleset, or when range and mage have the snipe ability he is a great distrection.
So to aid my Nature deck i like to rent doctor blight and Magi sphinx they are both great to have in little minions match ups. Total: 7.40 dec

So for the main deck i like to go with nature when im able to play this deck it has a 80% win rate on medium to high mana games.

The cards i like to go with:
Mylor(4.60) he can be used quite well if you know the enemy plays mellee set up, Earth elemental(0.30) is a great card to place in second or last position to eat up snipe or sneak damage, add in wood nymph(0.10) for a cheap 4 mana cost tank heal. Mushroom Seer(4) is a must rent for this deck to have succees in obsidian vs obsidian match ups youll win 100% cause of this card. I like to rock Queen Mycelia(7) for the sake of having protection vs melee set ups. The last 2 cards are a bit more expensive to rent but they are truly game changing. Total of all deck combined 35 dec this also provide use CP boost.

I like to rent decks every other day, stack your quests and make the most out of the rentals by playing towards 50% ecr, so far for the last 4 months i have been renting succesfully on 3 accounts to silver 3 using this rental technique.

I hope this more general guide helps some players climb out of bronze and into silver on my next posts ill provide more indepth guides for all splinters one at a time. And how you can start dominating certain rulesets. See you soon.

Greetings from @theirondaddy

Nice blog.
May be make it a bit clearer with adding some pictures of the recommended cards. A table/chart would also be nice.
You can also add some Headlines, make them bold for example.
The content is good and i agree with your recommendations for Bronze/Silver crossing.
Good luck and thank you! :)

Hello, @theirondaddy

This is @fionasfavourites from the @ocd (Original Content Decentralized) curation team. We noticed you shared your first post here on Hive - congratulations and welcome! It would also be awesome if you could do an introduction post, so our community can get to know you better. For an example of what an intro post is like, you can check out this one by my friend & curation team member - Keeping Up With the Buzz – My Introduction to the Hive Community.

Speaking of community, we have many different ones here on the blockchain, devoted to all kinds of interests. Here's a link so you can check them all out – Hive Communities.

Also since you're new, you may run into an RC (Resource Credits) error when trying to comment/post because you don't yet have enough Hive in your account yet. For assistance with a temporary delegation to get you started, be sure to check out the Gift Giver site.

Also, as this the hive can be quite confusing, the newly launched Newbies Guide is a growing repository of useful – easy to understand – posts about how the Hive ecosystem works.

For now, @lovesniper will follow your account and we are looking forward to seeing your intro post. Also, you are welcome to tag me (@fionasfavourites) and please mention @lovesniper in your intro post in order for us to be notified, so we can consider your post for OCD curation.
