New Slinterlands Season is Upon Us! Yes, I Have Fallen Down The Rabbit Hole

So it's a new season in Splinterlands, and I just realized that the league rankings only lasted for the season, lol. So... that means I have to play more, haha.

I have officially fallen down the rabbit hole and think I am finally after all this time realizing there is an addiction behind this, lol.

I came into the game just for a minute to check my 5 chests that I had been rewarded for making it to Bronze III last season. So now that I finally understand how the game works, well... it's game on! LOL

Here is what I won for last season!

I am finally trying to get a strategy down pat so I have been playing some different card combinations to see what works. I have been doing pretty well with certain combinations. It also depends on the mana size. I still haven't quite gotten the smaller mana battles down yet... It's that damn forest unicorn that gets me everytime, lol.

But I stayed to play a couple of rounds to get off of zero, but have to handle some business before I am back to the game grind tonight, lol. I might record the game play again and post it on 3speak.

2 out of 3 wasn't bad! It was when I changed the strategy is when I lost, lol.

Anyway, hope everyone has a great day and just remember... We are actually in an amazing time that we have the opportunity to make money playing games! Kind of a rad feeling! So, if you can figure out an awesome way to make a side hustle out of playing a game, it's a good day! I have some cards that are being rented out for that sweet passive income and then I have my stack that I am playing with. I may rent out some of my bigger cards, but at the same time, holding the cards gets me more SPS tokens to stake at nearly 50% APR!!! Not bad for a game, lol!

Who said you need a 'real job' LOL! Do what you love and make a business out of it! That's what I am doing here! Let's bring that entrepreneurial spirit to everyone we know and show them how they can earn from playing games and blogging about it!
