For many of us, we are experiencing our first 'Bear Market'. Things can look bleak at times, mood's swing, and people can be a touch, 'salty', to say the least. It seems a while back now since we were flying to the moon on that 'Bitcoin Rocket'. Bitcoin to $100, 000 they said! Pah! But, now here we are, feet firmly on terra firma, and staring down the barrel of a $15, 000 Bitcoin.

So, how do you navigate the 'Bear Market'? Well, no-one can or should tell you what to do. However, by speaking to people who have experienced 'Bear Markets' before, and listening to their experiences, you can make informed decisions.

Matt Clarke has been in crypto from the very early days of Bitcoin and traversed the 2018 'Bear Market, so we were very interested in hearing what lessons he learned from back in the day. But again, don't let anyone tell you what to do, merely, as Matt Clarke describes, it should be like 'Choosing Your Own Adventure'.
