To Stake or not to stake your SPS Tokens ?

SPS is the native token of the Splinterlands ecosystem.

What is Splinterlands ?

If you are into gaming or thinking of getting into gaming then it is a game that you might have heard or may be considering to play.

This a game which has surely grown over time and has gained quite a following over time.
In simple words it is an easy to get into and difficult to get out of (read fairly addictive game) that quite a lot of players can vouch for.

The daily SPS token Airdrop

Please who are into the game fora while would tell you how they have enjoyed not just playing but also claiming their daily sps tokens airdrop.

Is it also for non gamers ?

If you are not much of a gamer or a casual gamer then you might still like to have a look at the market once you have created a free account here

These cards that you see in the market place are easy to buy, hold and trade. Players and collectors buy them all the time to play or to hold and trade using the buy low sell high rule.

What to do with your SPS tokens

With the SPS tokens prices currently being quite low

One is tempted to ask the obvious question "what to do with the SPS tokes that one holds ?"

All-Time High of the SPS tokes was $1.07 in Jul 28, 2021 and is currently down 94.8%
If you believe in buy low and sell high then surely this is not the time to sell.

With the daily airdrop getting over the selling pressure would reduce and the prices may start moving up

Why wait for the prices to go up when you can stake and earn

Staking looks attractive

With an APR of 34.10% it looks pretty attractive deal to HODL and stake the SPS tokens.

My closing thoughts on Spliterlands

With a game sitting at a Market Cap of $42,834,810.83
It is certainly not a project that can be ignored.

Be it gamers, crypto enthusiasts or inventors this is surely a project on the radar of many. So keep an eye on it before it soars up higher again.

Hi @thetimetravelerz

Splinterlands somehow has been one of those games that at other times I have wanted to invest in, but I have yet to take that step and I am aware that I have stopped growing alongside this potential game.

Best regards, be well.

I understand the feeling and it is fully relatable
For someone working hard it may seem a difficult to invest hard earned money and equally importantly time to invest into a game seems like a stretch.
I am in the same boat my friend.
Thanks for sharing your view. I really appreciate them.
