Chad Gable Turns Heel after losing to Sami Zayn

I was so excited to see Chad Gable in the ring this week. It looked as if he had reached a boiling point, that instance when you just can’t anymore.

He nearly won the Intercontinental Championship but fell short once again. Worse still, it happened before Sami Zayn’s friends and family.

Ouch!

The entrance of Sami though was something else entirely. He stood outside looking up at the sky, like absorbing everything inside him. When he finally made his way into the arena, the crowd went wild. The fact that Montreal supported their local hero.

But then the match began to take a different direction on us all. At one time, Sami injured his leg and Chad didn’t hesitate in focusing on it thereafter.

That leg underwent series of torture during this bout as he set himself up for his finishing move; The Ankle Lock. However, despite being in pain, Sami persevered throughout and managed to get an awesome win.

And then, the moment that flipped everything around. The awesome Helluva kick for the win.

Chad became angry and disgusted.

After the match he attacked Sami, and everyone was in shock by it.

Honestly speaking, I would say that the contest was unfinished. It feels like they held back, there is more to follow. And chad turning heel that made sense to me. I mean just think how much pressure has been on him lately. First, he loses to Gunther then trains this other guy who defeats Gunther. Now he loses to the guy he trained—a lot of shit to handle.

I can’t wait for what happens next.

So we got a bad Chad going after Sami’s title with Bronson Reed in the mix?
