Roman Reigns was defeated by Cody Rhodes in his big title match at WrestleMania 40. It was a really big deal, as he had retained the belt for more than three years now!
During the main event, many veteran wrestlers like The Undertaker and John Cena made appearances to assist Cody. In the end, he lost to Cody because he was too focused on Seth Rollins (former shield brother) and didn’t pay attention to Cody.
But guess what? Reigns is not going down without a fight. He has already started talking about what comes next with his confidence shining through.

He began this journey of being champion back in 2020 when he won against Braun Strowman and The Fiend at Payback.
Let me tell you, how long did that man grip onto that championship!

Now people are considering if perhaps he would finally have this great match up with The Rock. Fans have been waiting for it especially since Reigns turned heel.
That could be possible during the next year’s WrestleMania and it will be fantastic!
Though the title was taken away from him, Reigns is still a big deal in WWE. Triple H, the CCO(Cheif Content Creator), said after WrestleMania that Reigns was just about to start an entirely new story that would blow everyone’s mind.
I must admit I’m happy for what’s in store for Reigns. He has been WWE’s most powerful weapon and I am sure that he will remain great irrespective of what may come next.
