Thrilling Main Event Event in France: Cody Rhodes Vs AJ Styles.

Did you catch Backlash last night? Let me give you a little recap of the main event

The crowd was hyped like hell all weekend, cheering their hearts out for every match. They made the atmosphere amazing and I think they need even more love.

Now let’s talk about the Cody Rhodes vs AJ Styles match. Cody has been holding that championship for over a month now and I’m trying to understand what his story is supposed to be.

He’s facing AJ who beat his dad back in the day, which adds some drama. But then what?

I don’t know if Cody has some super interesting story going on but maybe it’s fine if he just defends his title like a champ.

Cody kinda reminds me of Hulk Hogan. He’s got that whole red white and blue thing going on with his outfit and even the blonde hair too.

And then there’s the family, the nice suits, and the dog. So maybe he’s like Hulk Hogan 2.0 but without all the craziness?

But let’s talk about the wrestling match itself.

Cody vs AJ match was a banger. AJ really pushed Cody to his limits, tried to take that title from him. He went after Cody’s shoulder, his back, and his neck just trying to wear him down. But man did Cody come back swinging with some moves of his own.

Like when he powerbombed AJ through that table – EPIC!

Then at one point towards the end it seemed like they were just throwing punches at each other trying to finish the match. It looked like they were both giving everything they had and I was on the edge of my seat.

In the end, Cody pulled off the win with this sick top rope move. The whole place went nuts when he pinned AJ for three. No drama post-match, just Cody celebrating with his belt in front of all those screaming fans in France.

What a main event. What a day of wrestling altogether!
