Yes my friends, It's that time once again to give out some more DEC. Just a quick reminder, the end of month Monster Giveaway is less than a week away and this month There will be 5 Prizes and even thou the amounts are still TBD I will let you know what will be given away. Game Play Tips- Paris

Pairing in splinterlands is much like cheese wine pairing by that I mean one will enhance the other. Neither by itself is as good as it is paired. I will pair up some abilities and some match types with abilities.

1. Match type range only sould always be matched with the Headwinds ability lowering range damage.
2. No heal match type should always be matched with the repair ability allowing shield repair as a heal.
3. No range match types pair with silence ability reducing magic attacks
4. paring shield ability and strengthen ability will allow for 4 more damage points on your shield monsters.
5. Pair weaken ability with poison ability is a good way to make quick work of your enemy's
6. Match type equalizer paired with the scavenger ability can create a freakish level heath on some cards.

Scroll down a bit to the ability list, there just take a few minutes reading the abilities and think what rule set they might be good for or what pairing with other abilities would be worth trying.
