weird thing happening on splinter talk!

hello, maybe I'm doing something wrong... but I joined yesterday... made my first post. And today my blog appears empty... where did my post go?
Also, before going to bed yesterday I checked and some people had upvoted my post and it showed some earnings... is that all gone?

could someone be kind enough to help me figurethis site out? :)
