What is knowledge and how does knowledge help people achieve goals?

Knowledge means having an understanding and or fact about something or someone. This fact or understanding could be obtained through experience, observation and or learning. It could also be theoretical or practical knowledge as the case may be.
When goals are set, the following questions need to be answered to have these goals achieved:

What instrument do I need to be able to achieve this goal?
How can I achieve this goal or what method can I employ?
How long will it take me to achieve this goal?
Once people or individuals have answers to these questions, it means they have knowledge of the subject matter and the knowledge will help them to apply the best method, use the appropriate instruments and as well patiently wait for the set goals to be achieved.

What do you understand by the saying, "Ignorance is bliss". Can ignorance be powerful?

Ignorance is bliss simply means a sense of satisfaction, comfort, joy and happiness that comes as a result of ignorance. When People are ignorant they do things without thinking twice and feel very happy or comfortable about it. For example, people in the village can be drinking stagnant and dirty water and yet happy over it. But the very moment they become knowledgeable about the effect of dirty water on our health and clean water is provided, they will certainly be cautious and afraid of taking that same water. And if they eventually do, they will become sick. Therefore, ignorance can be powerful just as the Bible says in Acts 17:30 that "God overlooked in the days of ignorance"
