My issue seems to be ignored

I sent about $500 of SBD to be converted into the same dollar amount of credits and got $1 worth in return - this happened on September 8. I sent in a ticket to customer service on the 9th.

I've easily exchanged hundreds of words now, with too many customer service representatives to count on one hand, and have even been told in email that the mistake has been found with "proofs" - this about two weeks ago, now.

I would really appreciate having those credits credited to my account before Chaos debuts, but I have zero confidence that it'll happen, and I even wonder if I'll ever get those credits, or reimbersed the SBD. I'm beginning to doubt it more and more.
