Is Splintertalk.io down?

I was going to write about my noob account, story that I've been doing. I've been trying to go there for 2 days now, and haven't been able to, and I can't seem to find anywhere that has info about it. I posted my noob account splinterlands experience earlier but I don't think it got posted here. so not sure what happened
