DOCTOR BLIGHT: THE CHILDREN OF DOOM - SPLINTERLANDS PT/EN

Eu já estava cansada de perder, sério. Minha liga já está variando desde o começo da temporada entre Gold 3 e Gold 1 e não consegui estabilizar em nenhum momento. As partidas de Splinterlands estão muito competitivas e você precisa arranjar maneiras de se sobressair.

Eu decidi fazer isso investindo caro em uma única carta por achá-la muito forte, eu estou falando do Doctor Blight. Vamos olhar mais a fundo sobre esta carta e os seus incríveis benefícios!

I was tired of losing, really. My league has been fluctuating since the beginning of the season between Gold 3 and Gold 1 and I haven't been able to stabilize at any time. Splinterlands matches are very competitive and you need to find ways to stand out.

I decided to do this by investing dearly in a single card because I thought it was too strong, I'm talking about Doctor Blight. Let's take a closer look at this card and its incredible benefits!

Por jogar no Gold eu já tinha à disposição invocadores level 5 para utilizar, então resolvi complementar minhas composições fazendo o aluguel do Doctor Blight e para isso eu tive que investir uma quantidade razoavelmente alta de DEC.

By playing on Gold I already had level 5 summoners available to use, so I decided to complement my compositions by renting Doctor Blight and for that I had to invest a reasonably high amount of DEC.

No primeiro level o Doctor Blight não é tão forte mas conforme seu level aumenta as habilidades que esta carta recebe o tornam maravilhoso. Sua evolução ocorre da seguinte maneira:

At the first level the Doctor Blight is not that strong but as its level increases the abilities this card receives make it wonderful. Its evolution occurs as follows:

LEVEL 2
LEVEL 3

As habilidades ganhas nos leveis 2 e 3 se combinam perfeitamente com as primeiras pois assim ele ganha um kit completo para partidas prolongadas, conseguindo ganhar muita vida, causar muito dano contínuo, negar cura e ainda se proteger totalmente de qualquer inimigo.

Quais são as melhores situações para utilizarmos essa carta? Sinceramente ela funciona em qualquer partida, seu kit é realmente muito completo em muitos aspectos, mas vamos falar especificamente sobre regras de combate que o beneficiam.

Equalizer
Esta é a principal regra que beneficia o Doctor Blight pois além do dano constante que ele poderá causar com seu Poison a chance de negar a cura dos oponentes (que geralmente é muito comum em partidas mais longas) com a Affliction faz dele a opção perfeita.
Reverse Speed
Sua velocidade se mantém em 1 em todos os leveis da carta, então com essa regra você garantirá que ele será um dos primeiros a atacar e resolverá o seu maior problema.
Little League
Geralmente é mais difícil montar boas composições com o limite de 4 de mana, porém o Doctor Blight é uma opção incrível neste caso pois além de ter habilidades fortíssimas os dois times provavelmente terão muitas unidades, aumentando a eficiência do seu Scavenger e ao final da batalha ele estará enorme!

Vocês estão prontos para ver o Doctor Blight em ação? Eu salvei alguns replays de partidas em que eu o utilizei e seu combo de habilidades foi essencial para me tornar a vencedora da batalha.

The skills gained in levels 2 and 3 combine perfectly with the first ones, so he gains a complete kit for prolonged matches, managing to gain a lot of life, deal a lot of continuous damage, negate healing and still fully protect himself from any enemy.

What are the best situations to use this card? Honestly she works in any game, her kit is really very complete in many ways, but let's talk specifically about combat rules that benefit her.

Equalizer
This is the main rule that benefits the Doctor Blight as in addition to the constant damage he can cause with his Poison the chance to deny opponents healing (which is usually very common in longer matches) with Affliction makes it the perfect option.
Reverse Speed
His speed is kept at 1 at all levels of the card, so with this rule you will guarantee that he will be one of the first to attack and solve your biggest problem.
Little League

Essa partida é um exemplo maravilhoso sobre como todas as habilidades do Doctor Blight combinam perfeitamente. Com a regra Noxious Fumes teoricamente o seu Poison seria inútil, porém como há a possibilidade do oponente utilizar uma unidade com Cleanse (foi o caso desta partida) ela sempre poderá ser útil.

Além disso apesar de ter apenas 4 de vida, como nas partidas com veneno muitas unidades irão morrer rapidamente fica fácil garantir que sua vida crescerá com o Scavenger e dure tempo suficiente para aplicar seus efeitos. Podemos ver que nos rounds posteriores ele ainda estava vivo e conseguiu negar a cura e envenenar o oponente que havia recebido o cleanse, garantindo 100% de eficiência com todas as suas habilidades.

This match is a wonderful example of how all Doctor Blight's abilities combine perfectly. With the Noxious Fumes rule theoretically your Poison would be useless, however as there is the possibility of the opponent using a unit with Cleanse (this was the case for this game) it can always be useful.

Also, despite having only 4 health, as in games with poison many units will die quickly, it's easy to guarantee that your health will grow with the Scavenger and last for a while enough to apply its effects. We can see that in later rounds he was still alive and was able to negate healing and poison the opponent who had received the cleanse, guaranteeing 100% efficiency with all his abilities.

Temos aqui outro exemplo de uma partida onde todas as habilidades do Doctor Blight foram úteis. Ele conseguiu negar uma dupla cura, sobreviver bastante e causar dano contínuo nos oponentes.

Por ter perdido sua cura a linha de frente do oponente durou muito menos tempo do que ele havia planejado e quando restou apenas a última unidade de cada composição o Doctor Blight estava com 13 de vida pronto para aguentar qualquer 1x1.

Here's another example of a match where all of Doctor Blight's abilities came in handy. He was able to negate a double heal, survive a lot, and deal continuous damage to opponents.

Having lost his healing, the opponent's front line lasted much less time than he had planned and when only the last unit of each composition remained, the Doctor Blight had 13 health ready to withstand any 1v1.

A experiência de utilizar o Doctor Blight no level 3 foi incrível e eu tenho certeza de que valeu a pena o investimento de 145 DEC no seu aluguel pois eu consegui vencer muito mais partidas e finalmente fixar meus pés no gold 1 (aconteceu uma tragédia logo depois) e ganhar mais baús na missão de hoje. Investir em boas cartas realmente compensa!

(Falando sobre a tragédia para quem ficar curioso: eu tinha muita carta alugada oferecendo Power super barato, porém o dono fez o cancelamento de todos esses alugueis e agora vou voltar pro prata 1 😖)

The experience of using the Doctor Blight at level 3 was amazing and I'm sure it was worth the investment of 145 DEC in its rent as I managed to win many more matches and finally set my feet on the gold 1 (tragedy happened soon after) and earn more chests in today's quest. Investing in good cards really pays off!

(Talking about the tragedy for those who are curious: I had a lot of rented card offering super cheap Power, but the owner canceled all these rentals and now I'm going back to silver 1 😖)
