Defeated by Onyx Sentinel ⚔ Splinterlands

Parece que todos os dias nós somos surpreendidos no Splinterlands ao jogar partidas e perder para cartas que nunca vimos. É óbvio que eu conheço o Onyx Sentinel mas praticamente nunca enfrentei essa carta nas minhas batalhas e talvez o principal motivo seja a semelhança que essa carta possui com o Lord Arianthus, porém obviamente a versão lendária possui vantagem e possivelmente isso torne ela muito mais famosa e utilizada.
Além de requerer um invocador raro level 6 (versus um invocador raro level 5 para o Arianthus) ele também possui uma habilidade de reflect a menos, tornando-o bem menos eficiente que a versão lendária. É claro que ele ainda é uma opção viável para a regra Lost Legendaries 
, mas se analisarmos o custo para alugar essa carta e compararmos com o Arianthus, fica claro a ineficiência de capital nessa situação.
Existe uma única cópia level 5 do Onyx Sentinel disponível para aluguel e neste momento ela está custando 19,512 DEC 
. Já o Lord Arianthus no level 3 possui uma oferta muito maior e custando quase metade do valor (atualmente 9,609 DEC ). Ponderando todas essas informações fica fácil decidir sobre qual carta vale mais a pena investir e também explica o motivo de enfrentarmos pouquíssimas vezes essa carta (se você batalha contra ela com mais frequencia, por favor comente em que liga você joga).
Apesar de todas as ponderações feitas aqui, lembre-se que não é porquê uma carta é inferior à outra que ela se torna completamente inútil, a prova disso é a partida que mostrarei a seguir em que o Onyx Sentinel foi o principal responsável pela minha derrota.
Inicialmente eu acreditei que essa batalha seria uma vitória fácil pois eu consegui manter todo o time protegido com armadura e reduzi completamente a armadura do oponente utilizando o Noa the Just e a habilidade Rust 
, porém eu não contava que uma carta como o Onyx recebendo constante Tank Heal 
seria suficiente para eliminar o Noa apenas com o Thorns 
.
Minha carta que seria quase imbativel por causa da sua alta esquiva praticamente se matou ao receber vários danos refletidos ao longo das rodadas. Com sua morte a armadura do time inimigo foi restaurada e ele conseguiu retomar o controle da partida pois evitou a morte do seu suporte que usou as habilidades para restaurar armadura e vida mais uma vez, isso foi suficiente para dar tempo suficiente de sobrevivência para o oponente.
Eu comecei a postagem mostrando vários motivos que indiquem que o Onyx Sentinel é uma carta ineficiente e mesmo assim ela foi a responsável por me fazer perder uma batalha. Isso mostra que nem sempre você precisa das melhores cartas para vencer o oponente, basta criar uma estratégia bem elaborada e acertar em suas análises e previsões do time adversário. Splinterlands nunca para de me surpreender!

Obviously, I know the Onyx Sentinel, but I've hardly ever encountered this card in my battles, and perhaps the main reason is its similarity to Lord Arianthus. However, obviously, the legendary version has an advantage, which possibly makes it much more famous and used.
In addition to requiring a rare level 6 summoner (versus a rare level 5 summoner for Arianthus), it also has one less reflect ability, making it much less efficient than the legendary version. Of course, it is still a viable option for the Lost Legendaries rule, but if we analyze the cost to rent this card and compare it to Arianthus, the inefficiency of capital in this situation becomes clear.
There is only one level 5 copy of Onyx Sentinel available for rent, and at the moment, it is priced at 19.512 DEC . On the other hand, Lord Arianthus at level 3 has a much larger supply and costs almost half the price (currently 9.609 DEC ). Considering all this information, it becomes easy to decide which card is more worth investing in, and it also explains why we rarely encounter this card (if you battle against it more frequently, please comment on which league you play).
Despite all the considerations made here, remember that just because one card is inferior to another doesn't mean it becomes completely useless. The proof of this is the match I will show below, in which Onyx Sentinel was the main reason for my defeat.
Initially, I believed that this battle would be an easy victory because I managed to keep the entire team protected with armor and completely reduced the opponent's armor using Noa the Just and the Rust ability. However, I didn't expect that a card like Onyx, receiving constant Tank Heal , would be enough to eliminate Noa with just Thorns .
My nearly invincible card, due to its high dodge, practically killed itself by receiving multiple reflected damage throughout the rounds. With its death, the enemy team's armor was restored, and they managed to regain control of the match by preventing the death of their support, who used abilities to restore armor and health once again. This was enough to give the opponent sufficient survival time.
I started the post by showing several reasons indicating that Onyx Sentinel is an inefficient card, and yet it was responsible for my defeat in a battle. This shows that you don't always need the best cards to beat the opponent; you just need to create a well-thought-out strategy and make accurate analyses and predictions of the opposing team. Splinterlands never ceases to amaze me!

an amazing neutral tank it is a nigthmare in the first line, the only way to win vs onyx is attack all the enemy monsters from behind, destroying from the last to the first :D
