O FUTURO É INCERTO

Todos nós sabemos disso e mesmo assim nos culpamos quando tomamos uma decisão e as coisas não ocorrem como o esperado. Nós ficamos tristes quando compramos aquela criptomoeda acreditando ser o fundo do seu preço e dias depois ela se desvaloriza mais 50%. Nós ficamos tristes ao vender acreditando ser o topo e ver a cripto subindo, subindo e subindo sem parar.

Ou até mesmo quando você decide comprar muitos packs de Splinterlands mas não dá sorte em nenhum deles. Após isso acontecer você se martiriza e diz para si mesmo que nunca mais comprará packs e apenas escolherá as melhores cartas para comprar no mercado. Mas dias, semanas e meses se passam e toda aquela dor já passou, suas cartas se valorizaram a ponto de compensar o prejuízo do passado e agora suas dores são outras, originadas de novos erros por não conseguir prever o futuro...

Saber o futuro é impossível e se cobrar por esses "erros" é a pior forma de punição, pois é se punir por algo que estava fora do seu controle, resultando apenas em desgaste emocional, ansiedade e tristeza.

O futuro é incerto, portanto ao invés de tentarmos prever o que vai acontecer e rezar para acertarmos em nossas decisões, vamos apenas traçar um planejamento que vislumbre as possibilidades que o futuro pode nos dar. Isso se chama gestão de risco e todos nós devemos ter plena consciência de que VAMOS ERRAR inúmeras vezes, mas se todos esses erros estiverem dentro do seu planejamento e da sua gestão de riscos, então não considere como um erro mas sim como um aprendizado para melhorar suas tomadas de decisões futuras.

Esta é uma mensagem que quero deixar para todas as pessoas que sentem essa ansiedade após tomar uma decisão e ver que ela não foi a melhor possível, e acima de tudo é uma mensagem que quero deixar para mim, pois preciso exercitar esse pensamento e deixá-lo fixado no meu consciente e subconsciente. Não se culpem pela imprevisibilidade do futuro, afinal, se tem algo que nós temos certeza é de que o futuro é incerto.

Knowing the future is impossible and charging yourself for these "mistakes" is the worst form of punishment, as it is punishing yourself for something that was out of your control, resulting only in emotional exhaustion, anxiety and sadness.
