Entered My first tournament how did i get on

So tonight as i was about to finish work i popped onto splinterlands like normal just to check my rentals and do a few battles tonight i popped over to the events tab and noticed a tournement starting in 4 mins it was only 3 DEC to join so i went ahead

It started with 378 people and my first match started

Straight away i thought i was done as the splinters on offer are not ones i use so put a quick team together and crossed my fingers luckly for me it looked like my opponent didnt like the rule set and i picked up a easy win

Second up I got to use my go to earth splinter team this mid mana team never seams to lose for me and it won comfortably i couldnt belive that i won the first two on to the third

So this one was very close we both played the same kinda team and it came down to are last card each and they had two health and me 3 and the posion fell and took them out leaving me with only one health but the win

So i found myself in the final 32 and waited for my next battle

as soon as i seen the efreet card at the back and i had nothing to get a shot on it i new that once it got upfront it would destroy what i had left and that it did last stand was actived and it dint go well for me

So was it worth my 3 DEC buy in the answer is yes for two reasons first it was fun knowing i had one chance to get it right each round made me think hard about team placement

and second i won myself 10 DEC from it witch is a 3x Return on investment
