Very well done @splinterlands - so the big DEC holders will get their top position and prizes anyway while the small players have to burn their hard earned DEC for a small chance to win sth. Meaning the gap will increase as usual and this prettty sure will attract tons of new players that are looking for a fun game with mobile capabilities, right? Wow, impressed! SMH :-)

  1. No one has to participate if they don't want
  2. The leaderboard prizes are a small portion of the overall giveaway
  3. This event has nothing to do with attracting new players, it's a giveaway for existing players as a thank you for supporting us these past 5 years

Correct me if I am wrong, but it has sense to burn all DEC-B we hava managed to acquire? I mean. If I planned getting DEC-B to help my guild, Splinterlands is giving an extra chance of winning something? Take care!

exactly im only buring the 1.5 millino dec b bc i was going to buy guild upgrades now i likely will win something if i burn day one and get gp all the same so have a good shot at beating the 500 cost basius i have
