First Chaos Legions packs bought
I could not wait any longer and bought some Vouchers on the H-E market to finally buy myself the title of Legionnaire which is given out to folks that buy 1,000 packs in one transaction of the pre-sale.
Some of my personal highlights in the recent past
It is quite obvious that I spent most of my Hive time on Games, mainly @rabona as team member as well as on @splinterlands - the Monster game has created a massive buzz in the crypto gaming community with a huge influx of new players and hence Hive accounts that helps the Hive ecosystem of course.
Back to Top 50
In the early days I was constantly playing in Champions League 1 with sometimes over 5,000 points but in the recent (over 20 at least) seasons I hardly made it to the Top 50 anymore - last season I did it again and got some nice 20k DEC as reward.
Other highlights - rentals and tournaments
In order to be successful in the game it is clear the early adopters have an advantage with their early investment or the Hive funds they contribute towards the game (my case). It is awesome to see how this pays off in several areas:
- Receive SPS airdrop
- Receive Voucher (if you stake SPS - the more the better)
- Play and win DEC from battles
- Earn DEC from Rentals of cards you do not need to play (GF cards are really key here in my case)
The last tournament season was pretty good as well and I could achieve some decent SPS prize money out of this what also helped me to achieve my 1000 packs of course. All in all - fun to play, fun to see the development of the game and as a result of the blochchain. Thanks to @aggroed and @yabapmatt for creating this cool game!

One pack is better than zero pack :-) - I remember the times in 2018 where I though 2$ for a pack is waste
it feels a bit strange reading reports of people who bought hundreds of packs I must admit :)

Thanks friends @monster-curator and @r1s2g3 - a tipp for game play I am not the expert - the cool or challenging thing nowadays that so many people have maxed decks so it sometimes not even depending on skill but on luck to win, at least you need a long breath, never give up when you lose. Hope your opponents are higher in the ranking to either get more points or lose only a few when losing.

I have to wait a little longer. My voucher count is at 0.4 at the moment, but I invest in DEC the next couple of days, to increase at least my SPS airdrop points. You're right, early adopters reap the well deserved rewards, but it seems, that new players are not a priority at the moment for the devs. I'm kind of in the middle, as I am a new-ish player, but I have a stake now in the game
due to fiat-investment.
But I fear, a big chunk of the new playerbase will be ghost-accounts, if the devs don't recalibrate
the focus on new players (not bots or farm-accounts). That's not a criticism, but I think, when
early players and devs are in a hype-bubble at the end of the crypto bullrun, there are mistakes
to be made, because everyone thinks, the path always leads in one direction and that is up.
